I order a headset from them and they sent it out with an incomplete adress inso claiming recepiant received the merchandise who would have been me. To make a long story short, I ened up going to the post office and getting a copy of the return shipment and emailed the papers to them.
The last responce was they did not receive the merchadise. I have records of the conversations from the beginning. I did not request my money back because I wanted the merchandise I paid them.
