Ripoff Do not deliver merchandise and will not return money they charge, will not answer emails sent New York, NY

This company claim to be reputable but they do not sent merchadise ordered and will not return your money when you ask for your credit. I have sent several emails and they keep saying merchandise is on back order and will be sent out in one week, it has been 90 days and no merchandise. They won't respond to emails demanding credit for undelivered merchandise.
