On Jan. 10 2008 I place an order online with a company called UpScale for Less. The order was for 3 dress shirts. The total amount of the purchase was 39.84 which included shipping, I used my Visa Card to pay for the order.
Four weeks after ordering I sent a fax to UpScale for Less looking for my merchadise, on Feb. 14 I received a package from UpScale for Less with the wrong merchandise and quanitity. I called to UpScale for Less to report the error, I was not able to speak with anyone so I left a message stating the order was wrong.
After one week I decided to ship merchadise back to UpScale for Less by way of US Postal Service Signature Confirmation Receipt. After two attempts to deliver the US Postal Service return the merchandise back to me.
Now I have 3 shirts wrong color and size I can't use
