My husband ordered 2 sets of headsets for our cell phones on 12/27. We waited nearly 3 weeks and had to contact them for a reship. On 01/15 we finally received one of the headsets, but we were told the other was out-of-stock and would ship in a week. The headset we did receive was damaged. I contacted the company about a refund. I was told to fill out a merchandise return request and I would have to pay for the return shipping. I see that their website clearly states they don't re-imburse for shipping. While I can fully understand this policy if I change my mind, this return is due to their faulty merchandise. I do not feel I should have to pay the return shipping for Hand Held Item's lousy service and merchandise. Hand Held Items should stand behind their merchandise. It's now been a week since we were told our other headset would arrive. We're still waiting. We were ripped off. Caveat Emptor!
