When the person called he said he was fromthe EPC card and said that I could get the card for $99.00 fee for $5500.00 and only pay back 5% of what was owed, right now they have my $99.00 plus $19.00 that they have taken out of my account. I have called them so many times and they keep switching me to another person which is an automated they say to leave a message but when you try to leave a message they always say the mail box is full and can not take any more messages.
