When checking my card account at my bank, I found a charge from SBB Platinum. It was an ACH withdrawal the same as the one from "E; Pittsburgh, PA" that was given on your website when I did a search of SBB Platinum. I did not authorize the transaction whatsoever.
I attempted to telephone them today, December 4. I received an answering machine message, rather than being able to talk to anyone in person. I was also informed that I could not leave a call back message on that telephone number.
I will attempt on Monday, December 6 to contact them and see if we can reach an agreement for the return of charge. Will let your website know whether there was an agreement reached. I was told by my card company that this company also had the routing number of the bank that issued the card.
