I was totally scammed by Express Platinum! They promised me a card w a $5500 limit for an $89 fee. I never received a "card" in the mail.instead when I called them they told me my fee of $99 was non refundable and I could only shop on their website. So not only did they charge me 10 dollars more, but when I canceled my card, they kept my money!!! No where in the agreement does it state that I can only shop on their junk web page or did it tell me there was not a refund. This company is a total scam!!! I feel sorry for the others that have become victim to this: (
