I applied for credit, do to poor credit I was denied, but offered this card card from Express Platinum Card. They took $99 and told me I would receive the card by mail. I would pay 5% of my balance each month and pay no interest. The card was only good at certain retailers. When the card did not show up in the mail, I called. She said it was e-mailed to me. I never found any e-mailed card. After that, their phone was always busy and the voice mail is full and states, "This mail box is full and it is not taking any more messages at this time." I emailed and that office claims they one work with new accounts. Once you have your account you are to use this phone or webaddress. I found this complaint blog when I attempted to find their website.
