Signed up for trial sample to only be charged $5 for shipping... However, NEVER received product... But billed my card $ 45.85! Can't get a hold of a LIVE person... Just keep getting msgs... And you can't leave msgs Chatsworth, California, 91311-5700

I signed up for trial sample to only be charged $5 for shipping... However, NEVER received product... But billed my card $ 45.85 on Sept 26th!!! Can't get a hold of a LIVE person... Just keep getting msgs... And you can't leave msgs. I did get to a voicemail box that says you can cancel if you have your account number... However, I never received product so I don't have my acct. Number! I'm afraid they will continue to bill my card! I did leave my name, address and phone number... But their message says that the messages are not reviewed by a live person, so I am not sure how my account will get cancelled.

They state you can contact them at [email protected]..
Their voice mail system will not allow messages

I want a full refund of the $45.85 as I have never received product and this is a rip off company!
