My computer would not let me get online and this pop-up kept coming up that I had viruses and had to buy this software to get rid of them and be able to get back online. I paid for it and was online again right away but now they keep charging me.

Bestsoftsolutions.com BAKA Pop window came up stating that I had 38 viruses on my computer. I had the inability to use my computer until I paid a fee of 79.99. I paid the fee to remove the virsuses off of my computer as I work N/A

The company falsely entered viruses and trojan worms to my computer. Then in order for you to get rid of the viruses you have to buy their software to get rid of it
