I was working on a Word document, my computer froze up and thena message popped up on the screen saying I had viruses and must buy virus protection from them in order to clean my computer of viruses. $79.95 never have to buy protection again. After putting in the debit card # the company supposedly cleaned my computer of viruses and let me finish what I was working on. The next time I tried to use my computer, it had viruses and would not even let me get on the internet or to any of my files or programs.
