I purchased this product to recover / reset the admin password on my daughter's old Windows Vista Home computer that she no longer uses. Within 2 hrs. (including the time I worked with support) I realized this product was not going to work and I asked for a refund. The [email protected] email was very responsive until I asked for the refund. They did send me an email that day stating they would issue a refund but, several emails since have gone unanswered and I have no refund. They took my money easily within 5 minutes but, a refund has taken 20 days & and counting.
