The reason I purchased the product was not only because they offer a 100% money back guarantee at any time but also they state that if I am not happy with the results for any reason, they would give me a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.in September this year, I sent them an email and told them that their product doesnt work for me and I would like to have a refund. They did reply promptly to the first email, however, I was requested to send the empty bottles back to Organic Care Australia in order for me to get a refund. So I sent the bottles back next day after they requested. I have waited for 14 days and emailed them again, asked them whether they have received the bottle or not, they applied "We have received the bottles and you refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. Please let us know if we could assist you any further?" This email was the last email they sent me on 8 Oct. I waited and waited, sent other two emails to remind them about my refund. However, there was still no refund and no reply from them ever again.
