An advert was sent to my mail box via a Daily Mail promotions email, the face ceams were offered as a trial pack for £2.95 and £2.97 so bought both. This cost was paid in Nov on my debit card. Since then £79.99 and £74.99 has vanished from my account on a weekly basis £74.95 for the serum, and took £79.99 for the face cream without my consent, this kept happening until I cancelled my debit card.
There was definitely no detail of further charges when ordering and no terms visible about trial period notifications. Also no emails with terms were ever sent to me and I definitely did not sign up to any ongoing contract. No further products, other than the trial packs have been received.
