I had found an advertisement whilst shopping online for face creams that were on trial for £2.95 and £2.97 so had 2 different ones. Checked my bank account today and on 281211 they took £74.95 for the serum, and took £79.99 for the face cream without my consent. There was definitely no detail of further charges when ordering and no terms visible about trial period notifications. Also no emails with terms were ever sent to me and I definitely did not sign up to any ongoing contract.
