I had found an advertisement whilst shopping online for face creams that were on trial for £2.95 and £2.97 so had 2 different ones. This cost was paid in Dec credit card bill. Checked my credit card account today and on 221211 they took £74.95 for the serum, and took £79.99 for the face cream without my consent. There was definitely no detail of further charges when ordering and no terms visible about trial period notifications. Also no emails with terms were ever sent to me and I definitely did not sign up to any ongoing contract. No further products have been received either.
