The above company name and an amount pending of AUD 94.64 which today equals USD 97.27 appeared on my on-line banking account statement as 'pending'. Having contacted my bank and as I was speaking with them the 'pending window' disappeared from my PC screen, however it is still reflected as a discrepancy between my account balance and available balance. The bank said they can do nothing until the amount is removed from my bank balance at which time a 'Visa Dispute Form' will be submitted by my bank. My 'Visa-Debit Account' was immediately cancelled. A new account has been established, which will have a zero balance, into which I will transfer the exact cost of any on-line purchases I may make from time to time. This will effectively prevent any further 'scamming' according to my bank.
