Banking thiefs bank of america has found a new way to still from it's customers. Why bather to check your account daily when bank of americ access overdraft fees on pending debits and holds

The banking giant Bank of America continues to rip off it's customers after their class action law suite settlement. I was unaware of the class action law suite until recently; however, I am painfully aware of the tactics used by Bank of America to continue stealing from it's thousands of customers.

I check my account almost daily. Recently Bank of America has changed it's on line format. There is the screen you see when you first sign into your account and then there is the AVAILABVE BALANCE HISTOR screen. This screen shows balances with holds and without holds. If there is a pending hold on your account and there isn't enough money for the pending or holding funds, Bank of America will access your account $35.00 in overdrafts for each occurrence. Example:
