I ordered 300 specialty toothbrushes (Collis Curves) and received only 224. I was also charged too much for each brush, as the price decreased within days of making the order. The email that follows was received from NaturalMarket.com on August 29, indicating that I would receive a refund of $197.99 for the price adjustment, and that the remaining brushes were on back order. I have made multiple requests to the company to fulfill these promises to no avail. Unfortunately, there is no phone number on their web site, so contact has been by email only. Any assistance that you can provide would be very much appreciated.
