I placed an order with Naturalmarket.com on 8/31, which according to their website should not have taken longer than 7 days for shipping, and it has not arrived. I inquired on 9/16 as to where my order was and they replied "The warehouse is expecting to receive your items in 2-3 weeks, at which point we will ship your full order". I replied that I cannot wait that long and asked it to be expedited but received no further replies. Worse, I then noticed my credit card was overcharged by approx. $9 - not the amount on my invoice. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. To be continued..
