On the 5 &6 of January my bank informed of a credit charge that would over draw my account. I requested a name but I was only given a Phone number I called 6 times someone answered and immediately put me on hold That happened each time I waited for two hours, 45 minutes and sometimes who ever answered just hung up without saying anything.
