I received a threatening phone call and a week later I got the same official looking letter in the mail. Sickening how they can easily take advantage of the consumer simply by pretending to be the Agent of the law.

I did however feel much better when I sealed an envelope that contains my complain letter and the evidences addressed to the CONSUMER AFFAIR. If you are a victim or a recipient of such letter, do your part and write it / mail it to the consumer affair and report this company.
