I received a letter stating I had won a sweepstakes drawing or a consumers promotion from Walmart, Sears, Asda, Walgreens and Staples. A check for $3,250.00 was enclosed, which was deducted from my winnings of $50,000.00. I called the number they gave me, 866-417-8360, and had to ask for Mr. Marvin Anderson or Ms. Malie Frank. They told me to take the check to the bank, deposit it in my account, and call them back as soon as I did so.
Well, I took it to the bank, and we figured out there that it was just a huge scam. When I got home, I googled Ms. Malie Frank and found this site.
