I posted the previous anonymous scam report because this transaction did appear to be a scam. Since I did not log in to do that I cannot remove that post. So here is the update. It has been resolved by the owner of the company himself giving personal and sincere apologies. I received a personal phone call and email about what had happened. I was immediately given careful attention to make sure that the mistake had been adequately resolved to my satisfaction. My money was immediatley returned to my PayPal account. Hope that helps.
