My order was doubled. I don't know if the software or I messed up the number. When I saw the On-Line Confirmation, I immediately tried calling the number listed on the web-site. I is a non-working number.
I tried a reverse Telephone Look up and Yellow Pages for a listing of the company. Apparently the only communication you can have is through there web-site tracking but there is not place to make any comments on the Form. You can request follow up but can not input why. Since I could not make any contact, I ended up calling my Credit Card Company and confirmed that no charge had yet been made. The only action that I knew available to me was to cancel my credit card since the charge had not been processed. I also have to notify Organizations that have been billing my current number that I will be changing the cc number.
