I ordered beauty products from International Beauty stores on 1/19. I paid for the order using a credit card. Once I saw that my card had been charged I went back and tried to track the order. This is when I discovered that the company did not have a working phone number and no published address. I returned to the web site, and found that I could request a status report through their site, of which they acknowledge receipt of your question, but nothing else. They billed my card and I am without products, phone # or address to reach this company.
