Ordered the trial offer for $4.95. Did not receive the trial product and was then bill $89.95 for a full order. Called three time, talke to Amber, Roy, and finally on 11-9-11 talked to Joshua who closed the account (81031) and stated that I would be receiving a refund. Have yet to receive the refund and the phone number is no longer active.
