I ordered free trial of Tone Detox & Certified African Mango on Sept/16/11 for $3.95 & $2.95 US & emailed them Sept/30/11 to notify no product rec'd. I did not receive product until Sept 30/11 which was only 1 product Certified African Mango, then didn't receive 2nd product Tone Detox until Oct6/11, My Credit card was billed Oct/9 & 10/11 for the above amts. I rec'd my statement on Oct/24/11 & called the co & talked with Danielle. I was told the free trial starts as soon as order is approved which i was not told! I've never heard of FREE TRIAL starts until you receive the product! Right! I was told out of state free trial was 21 days which is not stated anywhere in the advertising which Danielle told me it was there, WHERE? So by the time i rec'd the product which 1 st 1 took 16 days to get here only had free trial for 5 days, great deal, not! Then the 2nd product got here 20 days after ordering only 1 day free trial, so you see my PROBLEM! Makes sense 1st product sept/30/11 for 3 wks trial good until Oct/21/11 & 2nd 1 Oct/6/11 until Oct/27/11 which i called tues Oct/24/11 & cancelled both. No notification on length of free trial or charges made, Danielle tried to offer 50% off the next order but i told her the products were not working & said takes up to 3 mths which was not stated anywhere in ad either! After long deliberation Danielle gave me a 25% credit to both charges amounting to $19.99 each i asked for a full refund of $169.14 US $ but refused as she kept repeating herself still trying to sell me more products! Finally i rec'd a cancellation # DA 1025 for the above, I sent Danielle Oct24/11,2 emails regarding the above but no replies rec. D yet, I lost $120.00 US to this company due to this NOT FREE TRIAL! Which i want the full amt credited to my acct ASAP! These details are given with no slander or bias towards this co or employee, just the facts. I'm very upset how companies can do this & get away with it every day, with little or no reprocussions. THATS WHY I"M REPORTING THIS! Whats the world coming too?!! The companies should treat themselves like they treat there customers they'd be OUT OF BUSINESS! Must have no CONSCIENCES! I hope this helps other people out 2 not have this problem, ALL Companies should be more informative regarding trial & mail or contact customer not just bill them! I hope i can get my monies back, the public needs 2 be aware of this promotion, the old saying TAKE THE MONEY & RUN! Please respond to this if possible have a good day!!
