Never received trial offer after being charged $4.95 for shipping & handling. Unauthorized charge of $89.95. When I called the company they offered to refund 30% of my money. I said no, I want the full $94.90. I told the representative that I had not received the trial offer, and she told me that I have 14 days to try the product (trial size) and then I was automatically enrolled in the program. How could I have any opinion, if I never received the product? This seems to be the ongoing theme.
That very same day, when I arrived home there was a package from them with delivery confirmation. I did not open, I have taken it to the post office to return with delivery confirmation.
