Agreed to a free trial offer of product for S&H $4.95 and understood that I would need to cancel it prior to the end of the month or would receive another shipment & bill.in reality, the order was placed on 10/18 and the first full charge was submitted on 10/31. The billing company stated that I should have canceled prior to the 14-day trial period... But they billed me prior to that time. I also did not receive additional product as the bill was to "enroll in re-occurring payments". The billing company is going to supposedly refund me $43.88 & I'll believe that when I see it. Cancelled the 'subscription' and contacted my credit card.
