I was online and applied for the flex card program. Was excepted and paid the 69.00 dollars was told 10 - 15 days for card. That time went by and no card so i called and spoke with some guy and he said its taking longer then usual but my card should be onthe way. Still no card so i called again and all you get is a prerecorded message... This really suxs im out 69.00 dollars and unemployed...
