I apply online the flex card program on November 18. I called the Flex card program on November 21. The Flex card told me the same thing I was getting my card on December 2nd to December 6th. I could not get a hold of them for four weeks. Therefore I filed the complaint to the BBB and tell them about it. Right not the Complaint is processing and they will help me get my money back.
