On november 10 i recieved a email concerning applying for a flex card. I then looked over the program but was to stupid to see fraud written all over it. Keep point only open 9-5. What credit card company do you know only open 9-5. Second they are currently updating there phone lines unable to recieve incoming calls. Third phone line is always busy or off the hook. Fourth i paid my 69 dollars never recieved my card.
Fifth on my card statement it says from a company call white diamond card services which i looked up and turned out to be a prepaid visa card company which they are direct depositing our money onto. My goal is to shut this company down and make sure they face criminal charges. This is just wrong and they deserve what they will be faced with. I also want my money back and my credit cleared of this.
