Well, I was Typing in a publishers Clearing House order when I received a phone call from this lady who said all the sales talk that I could stand and I told her, over, over, over, over, over, and over again that I did not want this coverage for one reason I have this coverage already with another company. She said o.K. And that was it until I got to looking at my discover care statements and found out that someone was drafting @29.95 out of my account since August. I'm reasonable and try to check things but this was absolutely fraud and unethecal. This lady whom I talked with needs to be dismissed from her duties. Now I call them and guess what they can refund Dec. 13 but can't refund August, Sept., October, November because they said I didn't call within the 30 days from July 13 to August 13. So this tells me that someone did an unlawful sale because if they can refund December which is 6 months later that is definetly out of the 30 day period. This is the case, when a customer says that they do not want your product then leave them alone and hassle someone who does!!
