For the past 4 years my daughter has been living with myself. Her father has never paid child support. I moved to florida a year ago and he decided to then take me to court for full custody of my daughter. He lied so bad in the court room, but the bit* of a judge awarded him with soal custody of my daughter. She is now living back in new york with him. He and his girlfriend have told my 4 year old daughter that I am no longer her mother. That I do not want her living with me. I spoke with an appeal lawyer and it is going to cost me almost $10,000. I don't have that kind of money I need help! My daughter is my life; her father is nothing but an alcoholic and drug addict.
