I have supervised this character and I believe he is a drug dealer in Tupper Lake. His father was the Police Chief when alive but I believe he retained connections in the Police Department. Anyways I have good reason to believe that he is doing drugs and dealing in the Tupper Vicinity. Dinger is an asshole from start to finish. I have initiated an Albany investigation into Bells affairs.
