4 years I sent my Daughter and Son to stay with my father and stepmother so i could get back on my feet. A few months later they served me with court papers and a restraining order for no reason, I have not seen my kids in 3 yrs because of this. The judge assigned to my case took my visitation for no reason. The entire case has been based on hear say.
I don't do drugs I don't drink, I never beat on my kids, they said I neglected to feed them, Yet they were both over weight when I sent them there. My father has never taken care of me, never paid his child support, but wants to take my kids away from me. My daughter is very brainwashed thinks I don't love her and doesn't want to ever come home, thanks to them not lettin me see them, my son now 5 doesn't even know me.
I have taken drug test and go to counseling, pay my layer everything I have and yet I have gotten no where. This custody battle has caused me to go broke, and I have a son at home to also take care of, Because they can't find a reason to get him. Because I am a good mother.
My stepmom even went as far as bring my kids to the town I was living in and not tellin anyone, my sister seen them, and she wouldn't even let my daughter give my sister a hug. This has been a bunch of BS.
I just want my kids home with me where they belong!
