The product arrived and I have started using it, but I thought I had got this as a free sample, only paying for the shipping. BUT they have charged me on my debit card/bank account for the above amount. I phoned the Credic Card 'help' line and they say there is nothing i can do about it. The problem is more serious because I cannot find any way of cancelling this order. No legitimate phone number or email address, so the company Juveneu will now continue to take £56.49 out of my account every month. What can i do??? This company is operating out of the USA
