Unfortunately, I bought into this auction site where it is very difficult to win anything. I used the Buy It Now feature just so I felt like I got something out of my $69 bid purchase. It's been over a month since purchasing 3 products and I haven't received any of the items yet. I've emailed customer service twice: the first time, I was told to wait 21 business days after purchasing and then contact customer service again. I emailed them again yesterday and haven't received a response yet. So much for their average response time of 15 minutes. BTW, the online chat feature seems to always be offline. Another scam I noticed during the holidays is that the bids never got down to 0; someone had to click on Bid Now in order for it to continue. Don't waste your money: besides a few quality electronics (Kindle Fire), most of it is cheap, "made-in-China" junk!
