Fun Deal guarantee you will win an auction or they will refill your bids for first time bidders. I won a cell phone valued at $200 on my first day. After 10 business days i noticed my tracking number was not given. I emailed customer service after 2 days I was informed the item was not available and the i would be refunded in bids worth the total value of the phone. Supposedly, the vendor did not provide Fun Deal with an accurate count which caused delay. They claim they will not use the vendor any longer. I have asked for a refund of my initial money of $69 because i do not intend on bidding on that website. I'm waiting on a reply. When i first started the items where being auction for very low prices... Now it almost the value price. This is a scam..
