I bought $100 in bids and I won a tablet and paid right away. It has been almost a month and I haven't received the product and the tracking doesn't work. Web site claims that the first time you buy bids is a guarantee aiming, well when I spin the wheel to get more bids, the bids I won somehow disappear and I never won anything else. I called customer service and they can't track the profit because it comes from a warehouse in China, so now I don't know if I am getting it neither how I can get my money back
