I placed an order for three cartons of cigarettes in the beginning of September. They never came so I've inquired several times by email. They kept reporting problems with the Ukrainian Postal Service.
I demanded they refund my money in January and they said they are having problems with their payment system, but I should receive my order within 2-3 weeks... I'll believe that when I see it.
I looked up reviews on this company and read the exact same scenario. One review stated that they never got their order and that they will not do refunds after 120 days.
Save your money, use a different cigarette distributor or stop smoking!
