I placed an order for a carton of cigarettes September 5.
I complained October 8: about not getting my order. They responded with: Your order was shipped on the 09/17. Our delivery term is officially 21-30 days. Please, expect your parcel from 10/08 to 10/17. If it will not be delivered within that time frame - contact us.
On October 17 I received notice: Your order was seized by Ukrainian customs. We do our best to solve the situation. If we can't release it in the nearest future we will resend or make a full refund on your request
On October 27: We have received notification from our postal office that all sent parcels will be released from customs within 7 days, continue their shipment and delivered within 2 weeks from now. And we will be able to ship new orders in 1-2 weeks. Should we still make a refund?
I replied with send order. I never got the order and they are now saying the refund was processed 11-7-11 and I have not received a refund.
