Ordered cigarettes (five cartons) more than 2 weeks ago. Debit card was used and payment for cigarettes was deducted next day after order was placed. Website claims 5-7 days shipping time. Two weeks, no email notification of shipping, no replies to MY emails inquiring about order, nothing. I called their customer service number (201-984-5394) several times - no answer.
