In January of this year, I searched the web for a source of Herbert Tareyton cigarettes for my Mom. It is an older brand of Tareytons in a blue and white wrapper, that she has smoked for years. My search led me to MyButts.com. They listed HERBERT Tareyton cigarettes on their web site for sale, along with other types of Tareyton cigarettes.
I placed an order for 3 cartons of HERBERT Tareyton cigarettes, at $33.00 per carton. They confirmed the order for Herbert Tareyton cigarettes. I have the original order confirmation from them. They sent 3 cartons of Tareyton cigarettes, not Herbert Tareyton cigarettes. All 3 cartons were not sealed"open". I could not return them as they refuse to take back any cartons that are "open" I sent them 3 emails complaining about this ripoff. I wanted my money back.
I never heard back from them from any of my emails. When I called, all I got was "no answer" or a busy signal. I can buy regular Tareyton cigarettes locally for $22.00 a carton. I really feel cheated. On top of this I reported it to the FTC, and never heard from them either. Caution to anyone who may be looking for a special smoking product from these folks. You may also get cheated.
