I signed up for Magic jacks free 30 day trial. Dec. 05 at 7:00 PM. The next morning I went to pay A bill and the funds were not available. I was told that Magic jack has a hold on them. Not only did they put a hold on the money that was suppose to be charged in thirty days but they also doubled the money, so instead of holding the 81. There is a hold of 162. So the money I need I can not get. I contacted them and it took one and a half hours for them to tell me that it will take 3 to 5 business days to correct it. So now I will be billed a late charge to the bill I needed to pay because they made a mistake. Two of the people I spoke with disconnected our conversation because I told them that this was unacceptable.
