Send them my company phone back two times maybe three. However they have sent me back telephones that wouldn't even go on. I understand there policy but i' asking to be refunded the 100.00 dollars deductible they want me to send them the telephone and they will refund the 100.00 however i origanally paid 400.00 for this blackberry. 347 723-2477 or they want me to purchase another 400.00 dollar phone and reimburst me. I do not want another tele. Due to all the damaged phones i get from them i only want to be reimburst the 100.00 dollar deductile. Due to this is a company and telephones are important to us.
