I dropped my phone. Our insurance, which costs $5.00 monthly along with a $50 deductible, was designed to protect missing telephones. Therefore, I called Asurion. Once the Asurion call-center owner requested me after I dropped my telephone, I actually informed her I had beennot certain, but that I'd approached Verizon twice previously month and was informed the 2nd period I had a need to contact Asurion. She subsequently questioned if it was possible it'd been over 60 times because I dropped my telephone, to that we responded - "I am unsure, it is possible". She explained "your agreement demands one to contact within 60 it has been significantly less than 60-days, your state is refused." I tried calling back again to explain my solution, but I'd been already declined.

Eventually, I discovered that should you document two statements of any sort inside a year, your Asurion agreement ends. Once they do substitute your damaged or missing telephone, they sell you components.
