I signed up for a free trial and paid for postage and handling up front (stupid me). To date I have not received any product. I phoned the Brisbane number on the website (31886691) and spoke to Sam with an american accent. She advised I could not get a refund until I sent the product back. Apparently it is in transit. Also I am to call the toll free number 8885630374 within 17 days of the dispatch of the product to not have further charges. Exactly 17 days later the first charge hit my Credit card. I had not received the product. I requested my account be cancelled. She advised that this was done. Where to from here is anyones guess.
