I ordered the product on the 31st October under the free trial agreement ($3 postage on each product). On the 20th November I attempted to contact the company via all the phone numbers provided on my order number. All numbers have been disconnected. I then noticed that I had been charged for both products (21 Nov 11 advmetabill 8552562876 $75.13 and 18 Nov 11 extmangobill 8885920238 $85.00). I finally got in contact with them on the 30th November after an extensive search and advised that I had not received the product. The Call Centre Staff did not sound very surprised when I told them. I advised them that as per the aggreement I was formally requesting that I be removed from all future mail outs and to cancel my account. I was advised that my request had been processed and I would be sent a complimentary bottle of each product. At this stage I am now waiting for 3 bottles of each product (one from the trial, one that was charged and the complimentary one).
I have just called them back to confirm that I am no longer on the mailing list and asked for an email confirmation. Will see if that arrives in the next 24 hours.
